Privacy Policy
Last updated October 17, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information NEUVISION CREATIVE STUDIO PTE. LTD. (“Creators Desk”, “we”, “us”) collects when you use creatorsdesk.ai and the Creators Desk services, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Contact us any time at support@creatorsdesk.ai.
1. Information we collect
- Account details — your email address, name and password (stored only as a secure hash), and what you add to your profile, such as your handle, bio, picture, content categories and audience details.
- Sign-in with Google or Facebook — your name and email address from that provider.
- TikTok — see section 3.
- Content — the prompts, reference files, videos, images and voiceovers you create or upload, and work you submit to brand missions.
- Missions and payouts — the missions you claim, your submissions and earnings, your payout method and, when you verify your identity, the identity document and photo you provide.
- Payments — what you bought and when. Card details are handled by our payment provider, Airwallex; we do not store full card numbers.
- Device and usage — your sign-in sessions (device type, browser and IP address), and technical logs that keep the Service running and secure.
- Messages — what you send to our support team, feedback, and messages with brands on the platform.
2. How we use it
- to run your account and the features you use, such as generating content in AI Studio, keeping your library, and posting to platforms you connect when you ask us to;
- to match you with brand missions and show brands your public creator profile;
- to process payments and pay out your earnings, including identity checks required for payouts;
- to keep the Service and its users safe, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms;
- to send service emails, such as sign-in codes, receipts and updates about your missions, and, if you choose, a weekly digest;
- to answer support requests and improve the Service;
- to meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. TikTok information
If you continue with TikTok or connect TikTok to Creators Desk, TikTok shares with us, with your permission:
- your basic TikTok profile — your TikTok user ID for our app, display name and profile picture, and, if you grant those permissions, your username and follower count;
- for posting — access tokens that let us post the videos you choose, and, each time you open the Post to TikTok page, your current posting options from TikTok (nickname, username, profile picture, which audiences you can post to, whether comments, Duet and Stitch are allowed, and the longest video you can post);
- post status — the ID TikTok gives each post you make through Creators Desk and whether it has been published.
We use this only to sign you in, show your TikTok channel (handle and follower count) on your Creators Desk profile, show you the posting options TikTok allows, post the videos you choose with the settings you choose, and tell you how your post is doing. We keep a one-way hash of your TikTok user ID to recognise your account rather than the ID itself, and we store TikTok access tokens encrypted on our servers; they are never sent to your browser. We do not read your TikTok videos, messages or follower lists, do not use TikTok information for advertising, and do not share it with brands beyond the handle and follower count shown on your profile.
When you disconnect TikTok on the Post to TikTok page, we ask TikTok to revoke our access and delete your tokens straight away. You can also remove Creators Desk’s access in your TikTok app settings at any time. TikTok’s handling of your information is covered by the TikTok Privacy Policy.
4. Who we share it with
- Service providers who run parts of the Service for us under contract: hosting (Railway), AI generation providers that turn your prompts and reference files into videos, images and voiceovers, email delivery, payments (Airwallex) and our business email (Google Workspace). They may use the information only to provide their service to us.
- Platforms you connect — for example, TikTok receives the video, caption and settings when you post.
- Brands see your public profile, connected channels, portfolio and the work you submit to their missions — never your email address or payout details.
- For legal reasons — when the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety and property of our users, the public or Creators Desk.
- Business changes — if Creators Desk is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, under the same protections as this policy.
5. Cookies
We use cookies that are needed to keep you signed in and to protect your account, and to remember choices such as an invite code. Our business automation page (creatorsdesk.ai/business-automation) uses the Meta Pixel to measure the results of our advertising; the rest of creatorsdesk.ai does not.
6. Where your information is kept
Your information is stored on servers run by our hosting provider and service providers, which may be in countries other than yours. Where we transfer information across borders we take steps so it stays protected as described in this policy.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is open. When you delete your account we delete your account data, content and connected-platform tokens, except records we must keep for legal, tax, accounting or fraud-prevention reasons, which we keep only as long as those reasons require. TikTok tokens are deleted as soon as you disconnect TikTok.
8. Security
We protect your information with HTTPS, hashed passwords and encrypted TikTok tokens, and limit access to the people who need it — identity documents, for example, are seen only by the team members who review them. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and tell us right away if you suspect a problem.
9. Your choices and rights
You can view and update your profile in Settings, download your creations, disconnect connected platforms, and delete your account under Settings. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict some uses, and to withdraw consent. Email support@creatorsdesk.ai and we will respond within the time the law requires. You can also complain to your local data protection authority — in Singapore, the Personal Data Protection Commission.
10. Children
Creators Desk is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. If a change is material we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
