Terms of Service

1. Who can use Creators Desk

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and able to enter into a binding contract. If you use the Service for a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.

2. Your account

You can sign up with an email address and password, or continue with Google, Facebook or TikTok. Give accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, so keep your password safe and tell us at once at support@creatorsdesk.ai if you think someone else has used it. You can delete your account at any time under Settings.

3. What the Service does

Creators Desk is a workspace for creators. It includes:

• AI Studio — tools that make videos, images and voiceovers from your prompts and reference files;
• Brand missions — paid briefs from brands that you can claim, deliver and get paid for;
• Academy — courses and lessons for creators;
• Wallet — your earnings, credits and payouts;
• Connected platforms — linking your social accounts and, where available, posting your videos to them (see section 6).

We may add, change or remove features over time.

4. Credits, plans and payments

AI Studio uses credits. Each generation shows its price in credits before you start, and the credits are taken when it starts. If a generation fails, its credits are returned automatically. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and are not refundable once used, except where the law requires otherwise. Credits are bought by top-up: you choose the amount, pay once and nothing renews. A Pro plan bought before top-ups replaced it runs until the end of the period paid for and does not renew. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Airwallex; prices are shown before you pay and may include applicable taxes.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload to or create with the Service (“Your Content”), including the videos, images and voiceovers AI Studio makes for you, to the extent the law allows them to be owned. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process and display Your Content only as needed to run the Service for you — for example to generate a video, show it in your library, deliver it to a brand you submit it to, or post it to a platform you ask us to post it to. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies a brand has already received under a mission’s usage rights.

You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the rights to upload it, including any people, music, logos or other material in it. AI results can be similar to results made for others and may not be unique. Do not use AI Studio to imitate a real person without their consent or to mislead people about what is real.

6. Connected platforms and posting to TikTok

You can connect accounts you hold on other platforms, such as TikTok. When you connect TikTok, you sign in on TikTok’s own page and choose to give Creators Desk permission to read your basic TikTok profile and, if you allow it, to post videos to your TikTok account or send them to your TikTok drafts. Creators Desk never sees your TikTok password.

We only post a video when you choose it and press Post (or Send to TikTok drafts). Before posting you choose the caption, who can view the video, whether others may comment, Duet or Stitch, and whether the video promotes a brand, and you agree to TikTok’s Music Usage Confirmation (and its Branded Content Policy where it applies). Content you post to TikTok is also subject to the TikTok Terms of Service and TikTok’s Community Guidelines. TikTok decides whether and when a post goes live, and may limit or remove posts under its own rules.

You can disconnect TikTok at any time on the Post to TikTok page, or remove Creators Desk’s access in your TikTok app settings. Posts already published stay on TikTok until you delete them there.

7. Brand missions and payouts

When you claim a mission you agree to deliver the brief on time and to grant the brand the usage rights listed on the mission page for the content you submit. Rewards are released after the brand approves your submission. Creators Desk takes no cut from creator rewards. Before you can withdraw earnings we may ask you to verify your identity and payout details. Payout times and fees depend on the payout method and country.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to:

• break any law, or infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
• create or share sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualises, exploits or endangers children;
• harass, threaten, defame or discriminate against anyone, or promote violence;
• make deceptive content, including realistic AI depictions of real people without their consent, fake endorsements or fraud;
• send spam, or post to connected platforms in ways that break their rules;
• upload malware, probe or attack the Service, scrape it, or get around its limits or security;
• resell or give others access to your account or credits.

We may remove content or limit features that break these rules.

9. Suspension and ending

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, puts other users or the Service at risk, or where the law requires it. Where reasonable we will tell you why. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as 5, 10, 11 and 13) continue after your account ends.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it reliable, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that AI results will meet your expectations, or that a brand or third-party platform will accept your content. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Creators Desk is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and USD 100.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is material we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
